First create the gap between the railing and the floor and then put up a danger sign and transfer the responsibility to the patrons. Nice work!!!

The sign should read:

" Your children are your responsibility; we endeavor to put your commitment to test."

Also note that the sign is at a child's eye level.....this gets confusing actually :)
