An ode to a lamppost

To some you are just a glorified lamp-post,
To some you are a chandelier in the sky,
Most scarcely glance at you,
Happy with the light you don't deny.

I love the way you never flinch
When a dog comes round and....um does his thing
In a better world where things were fair
Only a lion would perhaps take up that dare.

The signals change and it makes me think
These puny light sticks with their colorful blinks
Have been given powers you have been denied
It is they who control while you shine bright.

Honestly, the waits for the traffic signal to change are too long :|

Signage-2

First create the gap between the railing and the floor and then put up a danger sign and transfer the responsibility to the patrons. Nice work!!!

The sign should read:

" Your children are your responsibility; we endeavor to put your commitment to test."

Also note that the sign is at a child's eye level.....this gets confusing actually :)
